Management Development Programmes

All development programmes are delivered on a modular basis. These can be done regularly on client site or can be done on a residential basis.

All programmes are designed around the specific needs of each client but would typically include some of the following modules:

  • Role of the manager
  • Leading Individuals
  • Leading & Developing Teams
  • Employment Law for Managers
  • Time & Priority Management
  • Coaching & Mentoring
  • Leading Change

This is purely indicative of the sorts of modules that are available. All design will include relevant procedures & policies as required by each client. For example if they have particular values, competencies which are used in managing, then these will be integrated into the relevant workshops.
